Organic Shiraore Kaze

In the cup: a bright green tea with a delicate balance of sweetness and savory notes. It is a light yet complex tea with a natural, refined finish.


A fine stem tea (Karigane) made from carefully selected young stems and leaves. The name "Shiraore" refers to the fine, broken leaves and stems, which gives the tea its light and soft character. The addition of "Kaze," meaning "wind," evokes a fresh, airy quality that is reflected in its smooth, subtle flavor profile.

Ideal for enjoying in the morning. The stems mixed with the tea leaves offers a tea with less caffeine—a soft start to the day.

This tea is also highly recommended to be enjoyed as mizudashi (cold brew).
