When trading on this site, you automatically accept the terms and conditions below.

  

PRIVACY POLICY

adoor.dk does not, under any circumstance, share or sell your personal data with or to any third parties, whatsoever. Your personal information is only used to fulfil your order, nothing else. We fully commit to the GDPR act.

We collect your name, address, telephone number and email address in order to ship your goods. This data may be stored at shopify.com, the host of adoor.dk. They have also prepared for GDPR. Please refer to their privacy policy for further information.

  

PURCHASES

To make a purchase on adoor.dk you need to enter your personal information including name, address and payment information. When payment has been accepted, you will receive an order confirmation to the email address you provided.

  

TAXES

All prices are in the DKK (Danish krone) currency, as per default. However, you have the option to switch to your preferred currency.

If you are shopping from a country inside the EU, adoor.dk is obliged to add Danish VAT to the product, by the rules on free movement of goods. This is already included in the price you see in the webshop.

Are you shopping from a country outside the EU, no Danish VAT will be added, but local taxes and customs may be charged according to the rules of your country.

 

CLAIMS

When shopping at adoor.dk, you are protected under the Sale of Goods Act by the National Consumer Agency of Denmark. Which means you are entitled to complain about any defects in the product that has occurred within 24 months after the purchase. As long as these defects are not due to ordinary wear and tear, misuse or lack of maintenance.
