Shipping and Return


We ship worldwide!

The shipping cost depends on, where the package is sent to. The cost will appear at check out, when you have provided the shipping details.

SHIPPING DENMARK

When you have finished your order, the shipping cost will appear at check out. You can choose between having your package delivered at a nearby parcel-shop by GLS or postnord, or a home delivery by postnord.
You can also choose to pick-up your package at the A Door shop at
Istedgade 101, st. th.  - free of charge!
We offer free shipping in Denmark for purchases over 599 kr.

SHIPPING WORLDWIDE

All orders, shipping out of Denmark, will be shipped by postnord. The shipping cost will depend on where the package is sent to. The shipping cost will appear at check out, when you have provided the shipping details.
If the package weights more than 20kg or if you live on an island, you may be charged with an extra fee.

Your order will be sent as soon as possible, and you can expect the shipping time to be:
Denmark: 1-3 business days
Scandinavia: 1-6 business days
Europe: 2-6 business days
USA: 5-8 business days
The rest of the world: 5-10 business days.

However, A Door will not be held responsible for any delays once the package has been shipped.

RETURNS

adoor.dk has a 14-day returns policy from the day you receive your goods. If you wish to return your product, please notify us at hello@adoor.dk with the invoice attached, within the 14 days upon receipt of the goods. In that case, the goods have to reach us within 30 days from the purchase. Include a copy of the invoice in the package.

The goods must be returned unused and in the same condition as when received. Packaging, stickers, hangers and so, must not be damaged, broken or removed from the product. In this case the goods are not returnable. 

 Once we have received the goods and accepted the return, we will transfer the purchase amount to the credit card that the goods have been paid with. This is to prevent illegal use of stolen credit cards. Remember to save your postal receipt as proof that the product is shipped.

A Door will not cover the shipping costs for returned goods.
